I recently purchased a Dodge Durango from Dan Hall Auto in Mishawaka, IN. As it is always a stressful experience to purchase a new vehicle I was hesitant to even enter the dealership and have some aggressive sales person try to sell me something I may not even want before I walked out the door. To my surprise the initial encounter, and what followed, turned out to be a very positive and beneficial experience. From the salesperson (Caleb Fairchild) to the General Manager, the people at Dan Hall really know the products they sell and genuinely work to fulfill the customer's needs at a fair price. They do truly care about the customer and the long term relationship that is created when you purchase a vehicle from them. Without hesitation I would recommend visiting Dan Hall Auto prior to making a vehicle purchase. I recommended them to my son and daughter-in-law who also purchased a new vehicle after shopping at other dealerships. I suggest you pay them a visit!

I just wanted to make sure that your Service Mgr., Larry Sirgany gets a huge "pat on the back" for taking care of my family last Friday-1/13/2012. It was a true "friday the 13th" for us as we traveled from Toledo, OH to Valparaiso University in our 2010 Jeep Commander; for an official football visit for our son. We were on the turnpike and on a tight time schedule...stopped for gas and decided to be proactive and filled up the windshield washer reservoir, but the hood wouldn't latch properly. We contacted AAA which put us in touch with Larry Sirgany...who couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant, especially since we were having issues in a snow storm and on a time crunch. Need less to say, he was waiting for us when we arrived late afternoon and had a mechanic take look almost immediately...no damage, only a frozen line. Being inside it warmed up and we were all taken care of......yes, we made our ultra important visit on time and it looks like our son will be the newest memeber of the Valparaiso Crusaders! I would like to say Thank You to your staff in your Service Department and specifically your Service Manager. On February 16th I was enroute from Des Moines, Iowa to my home town of York, Pennsylvania in my 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8 when my check engine light came on. Time was critical as my mother had a bad fall and I was travelling home to help her after her stay in the hospital. He was very accomodating as I was just travelling thru and made me feel comfortable. Even without an appointment the service was quick and friendly and in no time I was on my way. Please pass on my thanks to he and his service staff. Makes me glad I invested in Dodge. Have a great day.

It was like that the entire time we considered the purchase, her response time, attention to detail, follow up was of the highest level! We love the dealership. "Speaking with a technician"
Everyone treated me well. This was the third or fourth time we have brought the car back for internal cab noise associated with the driver side sliding door. This time I did speak with the technical manager instead of just dropping it off with the description of the noise. I was able to point out the differences in the way the sliding doors fit from one side to the other. The technical manager did see the difference and was able to pinpoint the noise issue. The car is much quieter now than it was.
I believe Hall's greatest asset is the way it treats the customers. I would suggest Hall take the following step in the repair area: For anyone who brings something back for a second time, have them talk directly to the technician. You will have a better chance of isolating the irritation to the customer.
At this point I would still recomment Hall to friends.
